Paradise Circle and the S.D. Road-M.G. Road spine are the pressure points, with station-bound traffic at Rathifile and the Clock Tower junction adding to peaks. S.P. Road moves better since the metro went overhead but still jams at Paradise and Begumpet ends. Lanes around General Bazaar and Monda Market are effectively single-file during shopping hours.
