How a home gets here

From demo data to real inventory

Every home on FWA today is illustrative and labelled as such. The chain below is what replaces it, one broker at a time. Nothing is auto-crawled from other listing sites. Homes arrive through this desk, an approved partner feed, or not at all.

  1. A broker applies

    Built

    Name, agency, the areas they actually work, and their registration. The application is stored against a real account, not a form that emails someone.

  2. A person verifies them

    Needs an operator decision

    Verification is a human decision, recorded with who made it. Until a named reviewer exists, no broker can carry the verified mark. The badge is not a default.

  3. They list from their own desk

    Built

    Rent, deposit, size, furnishing, availability and photographs of the actual home. One listing belongs to one broker; no two desks can carry the same home.

  4. The listing is reviewed, then published

    Built · awaiting first real use

    Every field enters as a source-attributed observation with its own history. Corrections are new observations. Nothing is silently overwritten.

  5. A renter reaches them directly

    Needs an operator decision

    Visit requests are saved in-product today. Direct contact needs a messaging provider with a real recipient behind it. Which is why no listing shows a phone number it cannot honour.

Demo records are separated structurally, not by convention: they are flagged in the database and cannot be marked production-visible. That is why a demo home can never quietly become a real one.
