Mehdipatnam is one of west Hyderabad's hardest-working junctions: the bus-bay area under and around the Mehdipatnam flyover is congested through the day, and the PVNR Expressway pillar corridor toward Attapur adds merging traffic. Rethibowli junction is the other daily pinch, with monsoon waterlogging reported there. Expect slow movement any time college hours, market hours and bus movements overlap.
