Kothaguda junction is the area's notorious choke point where the Gachibowli-Miyapur road meets Hitech City and Botanical Garden traffic; the Kothaguda flyover eased through-movement but service roads still crawl at peak. The Botanical Garden junction and Kondapur main road back up on weekday evenings and around Sarath City mall on weekends. No metro yet, so road peaks bite harder here than in Madhapur.
