Gachibowli junction and the Biodiversity junction flyovers carry the corridor's heaviest loads; the Old Mumbai Highway stretch past Wipro Circle and ISB Road crawls 6-9pm as Financial District offices let out. The stadium and university frontage roads add event-day and student traffic. ORR access via the Gachibowli interchange is quick once you clear the junctions.

Ganesh Chaturthi (Aug-Sep) brings pandals in Gachibowli village lanes and immersion-day convoys on Old Mumbai Highway; the biggest processions head toward Tank Bund and slow the whole west corridor. Bathukamma (Sep-Oct) is celebrated at community grounds and the university area with evening gatherings. Bonalu (July) sees processions at local temples, with the historic Golconda Fort Bonalu a few kilometres east pulling area traffic on its Sundays.
