The elevated PV Narasimha Rao Expressway runs overhead through Attapur, giving a signal-free run from Mehdipatnam to the airport, but the ground-level Attapur main road beneath it clogs at Attapur X Roads and the pillar-road junctions at peaks. The Hyderguda–Attapur stretch carries heavy two-wheeler and RTC bus volumes toward Mehdipatnam. Weekend traffic thickens near Mantra Mall and the Ram Bagh temple stretch.
